2. You can avail these Health checkup services at your convenient locations in Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Goa.

Health Manager:

1. A personalised health manager is appointed for your service.

2. The Health Manager would accompany you from the point of checkup till your report delivery.

3. You can avail 6 visits of health manager during the tenure of three months of your gifting period.

Car pick up Drop Facility:

1. This facility may be availed of once in three months by you.

2. This facility is only meant for the Health Check up package

3. You can take your appointment for the Health Check up with the help of our Health Manager.

4. Simultaneously, you can book your car timings.

5. This facility is only for the Royal members.

Free medicine delivery:

1. This facility may be availed twice every month during the three month tenure of your booking.

2. We normally require three days prior information for the delivery of medicine in prescription.

3. Estimated amount will be provided by the Health Manager to the beneficiary before delivering the medicine.

4. The facility is only available on prescription prescribed by the doctor

5. This service is available on the availability of medicine in the local medicine store

6. Medicines will be delivered under the guidelines set by local, state, national and international laws.

5. Beneficiary must hand over the medicine prescription and the estimated amount to the Health Manager..

6. All accounts shall be settled by you with the Health Manager on the spot.

7. This service is available within local area limits in the Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Goa.

Reports dispatched at your door step:

1. This facility may be availed only once during the three month tenure by you.

2. Any extra tests done on request from dependant or from the consultant for further diagnosis shall be

    charged extra.

3. The reports of your Health Check Package would be delivered to your doorstep by our Health Manager.
